Drones(?) overhead….

Another funny thing...

Our 4th Amendment rights are basically gone.

But there's no legal justification for shooting down these drones?

PBR Streetgang, this is Almighty, what in the actual fuck, over?

They've been 4th Amendment "Privileges" for at least a generation or three.
"Rights" are endowed by your "creator" - whoever or whatever your creator might be.

If you worship The Flying Spaghetti Monster - so be it - The Flying Spaghetti Monster is where your "rights" originate.
On the other hand - "privileges" are random and arbitrary and fleeting and passed out by corrupt men and women that don't actually give a popcorn fart about your creator - whoever or whatever that creator might be.

If we're being honest, it's been "The Bill of Privileges" for about as long as ANY of us have been around to learn about them.
Free speech and religious expression - the right to arm bears - private personal property - speedy public trail - even that catchall "right" about the government not being able to manipulate legislation that will "deny or disparage" the rights already retained by the people...
...well tickle my bare foot with a giant fucking chicken feather

Rights?
No such thing.
I believe it was Yousef Robinhood Brandon that once said of your "rights"
"...no rights are absolute"

Its the new normal my friends - get used to it.

We’ve got the NSA, FBI, CIA, DIA, NGA, NRO, NORAD, the combined intelligence services of our armed forces, trillions of dollars worth of defensive technology…and the FBI is asking for iPhone drone videos from the public??

Bloody hell.
There is a semi-autonomous branch of the DOE you forgot to list, NNSA. Oddly enough the Counter Terrorism Operations Support (CTOS) Training Center for Rad/Nuc WMD Operations, a part of NNSA. Has a logo that matches my site avatar. Could it be that just maybe. We are looking for something of a fissile nature, jus' sayin' 😉

Speaking of the 4th, this is hilarious.

Biden administration officials downplay concerns about drone sightings: 'Slight overreaction'

The Pentagon official added that there are limitations in terms of investigating the drones' sources.

"We're also significantly restricted, and rightfully so, in fact, prohibited from intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance here in the homeland," the spokesperson noted. "So, we don't have the same capabilities and the same methods that we would employ in other locations outside of the homeland to determine points of origin."

That's a great sound bite, and while correct, I don't think for a second the DoD isn't hoovering up information domestically.

Why would NEST use drones unless there was radioactive contamination? And if there’s radioactive contamination why wouldn’t emergency services be notified?

My son guesses it’s military experimentation. I’m like, why would they experiment over suburban New Jersey when they’ve got oceans and deserts to experiment over?

I think it’s a bunch of dudes fucking with everybody… because they can.

If it's NEST aircraft, why would they only be flying at night?

They wouldn’t. But they are awfully hard to see during the day.

I think an AWACs could track these easily. I think an EA-18 could isolate their signals, and track them. That this seemingly isn’t happening makes me think this is our government partially, or a bunch of idiots seeing new flight patterns and thinking worse if it.

NEST has an active role in prevention of nuclear detonations conus.

Solid call. Send a few Growlers from Whidbey or Mountain Home to Oceana and pair them with the E-2D's also out of Oceana. You have the -18G's capabilities with an AESA radar...might even be able to pass on the E-2's. The AF has tankers out of NJ, though the Growler lacks a gun.

Yeah, we have the assets in VA or a short flight away (WA or ID), so the DoD can end this if allowed. Oceana and Langley can shut this down if the folks in charge want to make that happen.

What do drone sightings in New Jersey have to do with NEST and nuclear detonations? Our government doesn’t seem to be all that concerned about it. No air raid sirens are going off. Nobody’s being mobilized. 18Gs and E2s aren’t scrambling. CNN is still bashing Trump.

Where are we going with this?

I didn’t bring it up.
