We all know Rosetta Stone is pretty much the benchmark for studying a language. We also know it’s frickin expensive. I’ve been using the Duolingo app with great success. It’s free and is very similar to RS in its approach to learning.

Seriously, the Russian part looks good but the audio is a bit rough (too digital) but really good for beginners!!!

Ha! Klingon would be awesome!
Tallish Child was having issues in her French I class, so I had her start using Duolingo. She’s passing with a B, so I’d say it’s worth the time to check it out.
For language learning nothing should be used in a vacuum. That goes for classes, apps, flashcards or whatever.
