Nick - you are young, you're going to tap dance all over your crank with sharpened track shoes for many more years, learn to reduce the number of times that happens. Easy ways are to: 1. follow instructions 2. know your audience 3. show respect for others (even though some may not deserve it) 4. think about what you are going to say, think again, then edit that to yes or no if possible... 5. When you screw up, admit it, apologize if needed, and move on after noting the error. 6. Always be ready to learn.
