The fitness stuff is funny to me, like these dudes are in the 60’s. Just some bro stuff in there. They’ll be checking T levels before too long.

I don't like dragging fellow officers in public, but this was really, really bad. Some of the things he suggests are more or less already in place. Others are just patently ridiculous.

If a cadet turned this in to me, I'd probably fail them on the assignment. AUSA did the author, and themselves, a great disservice by running this piece. This isn't even something we'd run in The Havok Journal.

I saw this on reddit and assumed it was the Duffel Blog.

Shame on AUSA for running this bullshit.
