FY16 0321 LATERAL MOVE REQUIREMENTS???

Is there anybody who has the low-down on time in service and time in grade cut offs for FY16. The message has not been released yet but i just thought i would ask in case someone here may have assisted in its drafting. My EAS is right around the corner and i need to know ricky tick. I understand this is a Raider forum but i figured you guys would still be connected with your Recon Brothers

Unless it has changed you need 24 months left on contract, no NJP within last 12 months. It's pretty straight forward to lat move into 0321. Are you currently an 03xx?
