The Green Beret accused in trying to start a coup

There are currently two former Green Beret's held in Venezuela, convicted by VE of participating in a failed coup to overthrow the VE government.

The third individual currently is in captivity, wrongfully detained, as per DOS, and is separate, with a country in common.

Two separate things.
