100k? Those guys are worth more than that. Uncle Sam AKA we the people need to start paying the people who make it safe for us to sleep at night better.

SFODA should be making 150 K a year minimum.
Military pay should be based on what it takes to actually function in a role not everyone makes the same amount across the board.

A paper pusher in Ft Hood shouldn't make the same as a Navy SEAL in Falujah Iraq. I'm not saying decrease the Paper pushers pay. I'm saying increase the Green Berets/Navy SEALs what have you and give them a different rank.

They don't. When you take into account all the NJPs in the SEAL ranks, they're losing money... -_-
