Totally agree with the above. I have a guy that was forced upon my team and he's a total PITA. Not to mention way out of shape and clueless on the job front. ODA is less than impressed.

Other hand, working with a great team mate that pushes the limits of the gear: we have several "franken-collection" backpacks that have seriously changed the game over here. Right person for the right job.

AHHHHH.... to be honest sending in my ERB makes me nervous. I did however use my AKO to register for membership and lindy most definitely knows who I am. If you guys are requiring it from me though I will send it in. Your site, your rules.

We have sent two through SFSIET (both had previous combat tours) but I think it was more of a "have to" vice "send someone who NEEDS to go".

Ranger? Not so much. I have been begging to go back since Jan but $$$$ was always the excuse. Hopefully I'll be able to go back after this deployment. I'll hit you up in PMs.

Polar Bear, I sent in my ERB through the vetting TAB at the top of the page. I don't know if it was you or another administrator but I have been listed as Verified SOF. While I am a Ranger School Grad and have been the Team Leader for SOT-A 5101 for the last 5 years, I have never attended SFAS, SFQC or any other A&S. I think that would make me Verified SOF Support or Verified Military wouldn't it? I'm new to your gentlemen's site and I don't want to step on any toes or make people think I'm pretending to be somebody that I am not.

Welcome and good explanation in post #30. I had questions after your intro. Usually SOT-A or CRD say "Served alongside SF", "Supported an ODA", or something along those lines.
