Enlisted in 03 as a 31C (which became 25C later) Radio Operator. Graduated Airborne School in 04 and assigned to 82nd Abn Div. I was with C 2/319 FIST and we were attached to 3/325 thru our transition to 2/508 in 06. I deployed to Iraq 04-05 and to Afghanistan 07-08. Did my last three years of obligation in the IL National Guard. I did make an attempt at RIP after Airborne School, but made some young/dumb decisions and regret not sticking it out. Regardless, I am a proud Army vet. I have always had a great interest in Special Operations and the Ranger Regiment in particular. I love military history, and I am a member of a few reenacting units: Roger's Rangers Cadet Company (1757), 504 PIR (WWII), and Vietnam LRRP/Ranger.
