I would like to introduce myself, I am a former US Navy Sailor now I am a Critical Care Paramedic. I am looking into starting associations with the local Sheriffs Department to institute Tactical Paramedics to their special ops teams.

I am currently looking for any full tactical medic and T3 programs that also include firearms training. If anyone knows of any good ones please let me know.

Trying contacting the National Tactical Officers Association www.ntoa.org they have a TEMS chairperson (I think from Pima County S.O.) anyway they should be able to provide you with everything you need.
