Hello all,
I am currently a freshman at University and hope to enlist or attend OCS after graduation. I am not sure which branch I would like to join yet but have always been interested in in the Special Operations community. My grandfather was in the Army and has had some influence on my interest in joining the military as well as the aspiration to make a difference. I hope to be a contributing member to Shadowspear and receive information to help me make an informed decision on which branch/unit to pursue. I realize that serving my country is not to be taken lightly, and appreciate the servicemen/women and administrators who run this forum. I hope to get to know all of you soon.

My piece of (Bad?) Advice:
Think what you want to do in the Military (i.e. what specific job do you seek).
Then find the branch of military that does that job/skill.
Then join that Branch's ROTC Program.
OCS accessions are going to be cut over the next few years, ROTC will not see the cut OCS sees.
