My name is Adam Williams, and I am an 18 year old college freshman. It is my life goal to someday join a SEAL Team. I have wanted to be a Navy SEAL since I was a freshman in high school and I figured going to college would help me mature physically and mentally before I enlist and go off to BUD/S(hopefully).

I want to thank anyone willing to offer tips on how I should go about training physically and mentally to prepare for BUD/S. Once again thanks a lot.
