Hello, my name is Sage Eggleston i have no military experience and is looking to join the air force within the next few weeks. A little about myself is i was a high school soccer player who was going to play division 2 soccer but unfortunately could afford to pay for school due to my older brother and younger brother going to college and getting accepted into a price school. Part of it was just coming to the realization that school wasn't really for me. I was literally going to go to college just to play soccer just like I did in high school. I wasn't a bad student or failing any classes. I was actually a really good student with a good grade average. I just didn't have that help in filling out scholarship papers and soccer scholar ships cover little to non. Enough about that, I always wanted to do some thing really special with my life I know that working at a restaurant (my little job I had through out high school) was not my calling. Being athletic and also someone who is intellectual with a positive attitude I figured hey why not the Air Force. A lot of bright individuals are there as well as the other branches. It's never to early to start your journey and I felt like this was mine.

It is a great start for you to post here.
Very well done.
As for not being a scholar??? ... perhaps you are just a late starter.
A career in the air force will allow you to GROW.
The educational support is there for you to take advantage of in The USAF.
I wish you luck.
I joined up at 17 years old. THE VERY BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE. :-)
Good luck young man Sage.

My discharge Dr. Phyco said to me "you Irish have a propensity for mental issues."
I replied, coined it, "It is the little bit of madness that keeps me sane, Sir"

Welcome.
Please use your "intellect" to write in an intelligible manner in the future, your post made my eyes bleed.
