Hey guys, my name is Mike. I enlisted in the Navy in August 2012, and am an E5 stationed in Italy. I am looking to go Blue to Green for the 18 series in August 2016, but will need an exception due to prior service. Here are some of my quals: AFQT 99, Russian DLPT 4/3/3+, DLAB 133. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
