My name is Mike, and I am a young man looking to go into the airforce as TACP, although I am trying to get out marine corps dep right now. Although I have done large amounts of research in the field, I hope to learn more about the career and be successful in the profession.

We do look at profiles and take note of what they say, such as,"I'm a guy from Massachusetts looking for his place in the world". You also stated that you were a 17 year old female. So from that, I gather that you are in high school. The rest of what you say, is not so clear.

Sorry, my facebook account that I signed up with, was not my personal account, but rather a throwaway account, just like people have for emails. I think it chose the gender that was associated with the facebook profile. I don't recall having the option to pick a sex when I signed up. That is the only thing I can think of regarding everyone's concerns.

I would also apologize for being very unequivocal in regards to leaving Marine Corps DEP. I appreciate the marine corps with all of my heart, and I enjoy the time I had with them. Personally, I believe my capabilities will be shown in the airforce, specifically TACP, as I have considered these two dichotomies for a while now. I did not mean to be rude in any way, and again, I would like to express my sincere apologies if that was what was perceived in the context of the text stated above.
