Hello all, I am an Active Duty Technical Sergeant in the USAF. I have been a weather forecaster my entire career (10 years) supporting Army Aviation. Stationed in Europe currently but getting ready to move back to CONUS in 2017. I am in the early stages of trying to crosstrain over to 1C4 TACP. While I hear that cross train slots are few and far between for NCO's, I want to give it a shot in hopes of making a move to a careerfield that is full of people who are actually dedicated to what they are doing.
