Hello to all, my name is Koby and I stumbled across shadowspear my junior year of high school while researching different SO forces. I’m currently a United States Marine and training at Camp Geiger for ITB. I’m 03xx Infantry but haven’t hit the MOS split yet so not sure exactly what I’ll be doing inside Infantry. Aiming for rifleman but looking into assault man as well. I aspire to join the SOF community before I part ways with the military. The goal is to attend and pass BUD/S following the end of my first term as a Marine. I’d always admired the Marines growing up but always knew I wanted to be a part of something even more elite. The SEALs caught my eye in that aspect. I figured I’d live out my time as a Grunt with the Marines doing what I’d always dreamt of doing as a kid, and in the process gain some mental resilience and physical stamina to better prepare me for BUD/S. I’m 19 currently and enlisted my senior year of high school. Good morning/afternoon/evening and thank you for reading.
