Good Evening,
I'm awaiting to go to school this coming fall, hopefully John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I went to recruit training aboard MCRD Parris Island last July but was sent home due to an allergic reaction about 2 weeks in and came home in October. Currently in the process of oral immunotherapy and getting myself back in shape and get some schooling before having another opportunity to re-enlist in the military. I'm currently just soaking in all the information that I can regarding fitness and various MOSs and jobs across the military before deciding where to go again, whether its the Marine Corps or another branch this second go around.
Favorite quote that I think applies to us who aren't in the military:
"When people talk, listen completely. Most people never listen."
