Hello everyone,
I've been a long time reader of the forum and finally decided to join in the hopes of building relationships and learning from the collective experience here.
I'm involved in leadership training through the prep school where I work, as well as with a nonprofit organization in New York City. Part of that work includes developing leadership programing and I'm especially interested in connecting with members of this community to explore the possibility of having individuals speak with our student-athletes and participants.
The goal is to expose them to real-work leadership, decision making under pressure and service oriented perspectives.
I appreciate the professionalism and depth of discussion that takes place here and look forward to contributing where appropriate and learning from all of you.
