Everybody hates on Iraq, but they just held democratice elections and picked a pro-U.S. leader.
There has been very little, like, very little, violence since Trump took out Sulemani in 2020. Things are looking up there for sure.

A lot is going on right now, both out in the world and here at home. One of the things that is not getting the attention it deserves is the unrest in Iran. This could have world-shaping outcomes.

I'm all for helping the Iranians free themselves. I have no ill will towards them, it's those who helped support of be a part of Iran's state sponsored terrorism that I'd like to see brought to justice for crimes against humanity, but at a world court and with the the replacement government's support that the Iranian people voted also to allow.
But the ones who helped and armed insurgents in both Iraq and in Afghanistan are the top two that comes to mind and dare I'd say also in lebanon and Palestine for use against Israel, all need to be brought to justice.

Wish I could put some bets in on Polymarket, they have wagers going for bombing Iran by the day. One of the first things you have to do after registering is attest that you are not from one of several countries where it's banned. Apparently U.S. citizens are not allowed to do insider trading...

I clicked on the politics section, and bombing Iran wagers. As I was about to sign up for No on Feb 22nd at 96% and put $100 on it to win 4, a box popped up that makes you click on not being from U.S., UK, a few other countries. I didn't look anywhere else on the site.
Interesting. I wonder if they banned possible "belligerent" countries from being able to vote. Could have been a request since someone Made over 400k on Maduro.
