Israel and Iran

Update now that it's out-

2x A-10's damaged; one limped out of the zone and the pilot ejected, immediately recovered. Other limped back to safe area and landed.
2x HH60s both received heavy damage, shrapnel for the crew on board. AC limped to safe landing area.
1x F15 (2 souls) ejected, one recoverd, one still DUSTWUN (WSO), recovery ongoing.

I would assume (hypothetically) in a complete guess, that the WSO's location is known and the teams are throwing the kitchen sink at the recovery as we speak.

Nighttime there now. So, that's more favorable.

Had sone TACP bubbas with us yesterday. Not my business to say what they were up to, but glad to see our country still has young men who are all about it.

Hope they have a few AC130 gunships in theater. We know for sure there's plenty if A-10s not too far away. Iraqi media and Insta has been showing them almost daily this past month.

It's good to see we'll still pull out all the stops to rescue one of our own. As an old herk guy, my hat's off to the ballsy fuckers in the HC-130Js tooling around at 500' or less in broad daylight looking for the WSO. Not dismissing anyone else's efforts, of course; just proud of my old community.

It's mountainous there; hopefully, there are lots of good places to hole up. The fact we're still looking is a good sign.

PR can take many forms. Here's praying they get the WSO out of there quietly, quickly, and safely.

The aerial refueling over hostile territory, at low altitude, during the day must take giant balls of steel.
