Let's see that shooter

I shot my first flow through silencer this evening at my home range. A bit heftier but no gas in the face, no pop or gas from the ejection port, and ammo in the mag was pristine. Huh.

First round pop through the Huxworks was louder than normal but after the air was spent from that first shot, was back to normal with just cracks of sonic booms only and the BCG going back an forth.

I think the next can to be purchased will be the B+T print SBR version.

I need more time on this but It's growing on me. To all the haters well go chat with the 18B who came up with this.

1911 legacy below (Colt) and the 2011 modernized version (Springfield Armory) up top for comparisons. That Colt survived a whole week malfunction free of the Jeff Cooper 1911 only 250 class a year ago. And it looks the part too.

The CZ P10C Ported is also brand new like the SA Prodigy Comp above. I was getting tired of being beaten by people with zero skill who cannot get past a C class in the classifiers without using comped guns in matches in the open class.

Ho, ho, ho, now I too have a comped gun and am a B classifier who got to B without a comped gun. My turn, bitches 😉

HK VP9LE, have only brought it to a few matches.

A to hell and back used and abused G45 MOS. Several clkasses, tons of matches, and way too many dryfire, holster draw and present practising, and mag change practises with.

My current EDC, the Sig P365 Xmacro. Survivor of a recent tactical EDC class and numerous range sessions and a few matches just because I wanted to see what my EDC was proper enough along with the duty sized guns.

Yes, yes, I know, I know, my EDC light is ancient. Meh! It's still functionable.

I'm digging that Spring Armory Prodigy...always wanted a 9mm on a 1911 frame.
That exactly was the itch, a 1911 in 9x19. The other itch alongside was a 1911 with a light rail in either 45 or 9, and now I have both as a twofer. The optics ready was the icing on the cake though.

My issues in the past was before the Prodigy, I had a really hard time buying a handgun that was more than a couple thousand. To me, if I am dropping a few thousand then I want the gun, a lot of mags for it, holster, light, and an optic for a few grand.

I bought this, then a hub for Plan B, two different Plan B 9mm mounts, and I discovered that both muzzle device mounts are touching the first baffle. Big Oof. So I ordered another hub that gives me some space.
