M1A SOCOM?

Does anyone have one of these? I love the m14. I like the heavy round, and I was looking at some rifles in .300, but I always come back to this, anyone have any experience with it?

Don’t have one but have been thinking about it for a while. Have plenty of 300 BO and 5.56 so ready to try something new.

I had a SA M1A for years before I sold it downsizing. Fun rifle, definite throw-back/nostalgia rifle, but never my 'go-to' .308.

I do. I bought it in 2020 right when COVID was starting and there were some amazing gun deals out there. I have never fired it. Before leaving I left it and my other guns with my brother. He popped its cherry. He said he enjoyed it. I think he only put less than 50 rounds through it.
