What is the general consensus on the site about Gen. Chrystal?

I personally did not like his approach in Afghanistan, especially his ROE, reducing CAS and FIRES in villages, etc. His leadership in Iraq (JSOC/ JSOTF) appears to be pretty impressive. IMO, a better SOF General than CF, but that's just personal opinion.
