Meritorious Masts (USMC/Navy) DD214s

I used to review 214s of employees for work (civvie, state & fed contracts). While it's been some time I got a mistaken email for a job request.

Under the public awards/etc section I noticed Meritorious Masts listed under ribbons and awards. Is this standard policy these days?

FYI, my own is 43/44 years old, it's missing one important school and no Masts although I have some. Got buddy staments and pics and one former 03 in my CoC for the school.
Not trying to get "info" on verification if that's a problem.

Have reviewed hundreds early in the wars, and never seen this before.
