I became a SWCC after a few years in the fleet and working in the support side at Special Boat Unit (now Team) Twenty out of Little Creek. After retirement, I became a PMC with multiple deployments to Afghanistan in support of JSOC. I mainly supported ODAs, but also supported ST7. Working out of FOBs & VSOs allowed me to experience the camaraderie I had left behind since retirement.
I was hired by CACI for a contract at the Maritime Security Response Team and rolled into a GS position at that unit. My main focus has been communications & small arms. Heavy on the C4ISR (now C5I). I work both sides of the house DOD & OGAs in support of NSSEs & CENTCOM.
managed to serve my local community as an Aux Deputy Sheriff for 7 years as well.
