Hey guys I'm new on here. If you read my intro it will help explain who I am. I have always wanted to be a Pararescueman. I got use to the regularity and bull Shit And lost my motivation And confidence. I recently said no more and lit a fire under my ass to not let this slip away but try 100% to become my little boy dream. I run 3 miles and do cross fit style workouts 3 times a day. I shoot 2 to 3 times a week. I have been a medic for close to 5 years and I am restudying all of the material. I read books like unbeatable mind and none braver to help me stay motivated. I started in krava maga class for extra workouts and learning some marital arts. I read the bible And practice meditation. I am also on workers Comp for a shoulder injury so I have a lot of time to get this done. I want nothing more then to be Pararesce. Does anyone have any advice for me. Please don't hold back....

Are you writing from a smartphone?
What are your PAST score results?
How many minutes/hours a day do you work out. What shoulder injury do you have, and how is that restricting you, if at all? Has the bible helped you with your workouts, and how? How fast are you running the 3 mile?

I am writing to you from my phone and I apologize if there are any grammar corrections that need to be made. To answer your questions.. I work out close to 2hrs of running and 3 hour's of cardio, weights, body weight, and aerobic excersises. 2-3 Times a day. I needed 3 tears in my rotator cuff fixed. And I'm still in therapy to recover my full range of motion in that arm. I never tried to score myself on any physical test but I do know I can run 1.5 miles in 11 min. And the bible And meditation and studying confidence books is helping me greatly get my mind on tract. I was in a real bad place over the last year and a half.

Alright. Ask god to fix your shoulder, then do the PAST test over and over until you ace it.

Thank you I just looked up the PAST test. The biggest obstacle I foresee is swimming. Becasue of the resistance with my shoulder. Its only been 2 weeks since surgery so I'm still in a imoblizer. Once I'm good to go I'll get it done. Thanks for the help

Your math doesn't add up. You're saying you work out up to 15 hours a day while on worker's comp?

Thank you I just looked up the PAST test.

Wait, you didn't even KNOW about the PAST until this thread? You don't even know what the basic requirements are, do you? You're asking us for our thoughts on something when you haven't done the most basic research, haven't even tried to help yourself out?
