Hell everyone

I'm Mark and I found this place researching SEALs and other Special Forces. I look forward to checking out the entire forum soon. Hoping to find some Area 51 threads too if I can. Take care!

First off, welcome! Just a word of advice, don't post often in the beginning. If you're here to learn, it's a fantastic place to be. This is one of the more professional sites out there so be mindful of the moderators, and those that have served our nation and our allies nations. These are great people and will be happy to help in anyway as long as you yourself are professional. Besides that, soak as much as you can in. There's a ton of information here that can help you if you seek a career in the military's or government, or if you want to be a little more in the "know" in world events.

Goodluck.

Mark, thanks for posting the intro. This is a pretty professional site, so you won't find much on "Area 51".

Groom Lake isn't professional? It's actually pretty essential to a lot of what special ops do on a daily basis. From drones, weapons testing etc., Groom was where Black Projects started. I think a lot of times, people misinterpret Area 51 to aliens and space crafts as opposed to being test land for air to air combat and weapons testing among other things. Just my .02

Great, thanks for the advice.

Bro, friendly tip here: You are not on an airsoft board, this board has actual SOF folks, and we know what is and is not SOF or SOF related. We are not the general public when it comes to this topic, we speak from first hand experience. Please bear that in mind. As has already been said, there is a ton of info on here, you might want to spend some time reading and get a feel for how the board works before you post too many more comments.

What he mean's by professional is questions about above top secret information. Example, Groom Lake, DEVGRU, CAG/SFOD-D, The Activity, etc. you won't find any tangible information of the sort here.

Get in your lane.

@OXCART welcome to the site, to ensure an enjoyable time in the site please keep your comments and questions about anything to do with "black projects" to yourself. Again welcome.

Sorry guys, I wasn't trying to rustle any feathers. Thanks for the info and welcome.

Then next time read the entire thread (the SEAL Pictures for example) before diving in. It would have saved you a post because it was already addressed.
