A friend is trying to get me to watch something called Peeky Blinders. Anyone watch this? Worth it?
LMFAO - Thank's Pardus. Guess I know what starts on the treadmill in the morning!
It's like the movie 300 with alcohol and plotting lol
Dang...now I have something else to have to put in the queue to start watching. I hadn't heard of that one. Did some reading up on it and it seems interesting...to say the least.
It is seriously fucking awesome. An SS member put me onto it and I was hooked immediately.
They are all veterans, plenty of PTSD to go around, lots of drinking and sex, crooked cops and organized crime, guns, swearing, and general fucking awesomeness!
What more does one want? MORE FUCKING EPISODES!
Netflix is doing a fucking superb job of making shows. Seriously kicking ass and IMHO up there with HBO, in fact I'd say better.

Do pushups for not watching Peaky Blinders already...and do flutter kicks for spelling it wrong.
The show is amazing. Actors are excellent, script is incredible, set scenes and costumes are accurate, and the plot is extraordinarily good. I haven't watched a poor episode yet over two seasons. You'll enjoy it.
The first season is particularly interesting as far as character background. I, and some others here mentioned we identify with post-war survivors guilt, traumatic stress, etc. as portrayed in the series. It is done quite well.
RE: Peaky Blinders - Okay wow...two major plot twists in just the first episode!?! I'm putting off House of Cards Season 3 til I get through this whole series.
Is your left hand the blonde, or is it the right hand.I need to violate a blonde chick now, for my sanity.
