My Random TV Thread

The documentary WW1 on prime is a damn good watch so much information I never knew. I also found it eerie how all that film is over 100 years old

New season of Netflix’s Comedian’s in Cars Getting Coffee just dropped. (With Jerry Seinfeld).

Epp1 has him talking to Eddie Murphy. Pretty interesting, Eddie talks about how hard it was to keep trying to come up with new material because if he went to a small club to work new material, it would all be in the paper the next day.

So “The Boys”, I’m 3 neat Wild Turkey’s deep, 5 episodes in and can’t stop. Only other show in recent memory that had me hooked like this was Chernobyl.

Generation Kill was great, to me it really showed the absurdity of Iraq, and especially the Marines.

So, I don't watch Stranger Things. But I did just find out that the two brothers who came up with it and write it are from my town, they actually went to high school with my sister-in-law. And apparently the show has a lot of references to my city and hidden messages for people who live here. Now I want to go back and start watching so I can catch it all.
