Hey guys, obviously i'm new to this forum. Im getting ready to graduate HS and pursue a special operations career field after ROTC in college. I'm here to learn, and maybe help people with the stuff that i've learned through all the research and experience i've done. Definitley looking forward to meeting new people and being apart of this forum!

Gordo- welcome to the site. What ROTC program? Army? Into which branch are you seeking to be commissioned? If you're doing Army ROTC, your opportunities to join a SOF outfit immediately after commissioning are fairly limited- and for good reason, since most SOF outfits expect their officers to pay their dues in the basic branches and in tactical units before they earn their way into the major leagues.
