Hi to all

My name is John and 46 years old, I served in the old SADF (South African Defence Force), started out as an infantryman, then went to parabats (Airborne) and from there to military intel. I havent been active for a long time but still try to stay in line with what goes on in the world, I was informed by an old commrade in arms about "Shadowspear" when i stumbled upon the site by accident, and queried as to its stance and was very intriqued when told. I believe that everything happens for a reason and what I can change I will therefore the saying "Non Quam Non Paratus" which means "Never Unprepaired" is my motto as well as "He who is prudent and waits for an enemy who is not, will be victorius" Sun Tsu , and this i try to teach my kids but not in the military way, but in every day life as this is AFRICA.

So to all that are active, take care and watch your six.

Good day to you Sir and yes they were good at one stage, and im sorry to say that, but when a lot of them get wiped out by rebels it goes to show poor leadership and or training, especially when they knew that a threat was on the horizon
