Poser Busting

I looked over some of the info on the website. The award submission form supporting his claim of a BSM has the date whited out. Why? Was it because it was submitted long after he claimed to have it?

Why was the recommender a BG(R) instead of someone on active duty? A little retro-recommendation?

Where's the back of the page, where it would show approved/disapproved/downgrade/upgrade and an orders #?

Weird. Sketchy as hell.

Been awhile since I've been an S-1, but I think the recommender can be "out" because well they're the recommender and they may be out. But after that it needs to routed with some current folks.

I think that generally anyone can recommend anyone for anything. But that doesn't mean they're going to receive it.

I've thought about this some more and it's completely dirty. It seems to me like the congressman had a buddy write up a after the fact recommendation, which means absolutely nothing. Without the cert and the permanent orders number like the below, what he offered up as "proof" is a half-assed piece of paper.

I've also never heard of a unit where squad leaders and above got mass-submitted for BSMs. That's pretty crazy.

This guy is lying his ass off. I want him out of office and out of my party.

I didn't see it, and I can't see them getting approved. Squad leader BSM's happened but it was pretty limited.
We had an E-5(P) get it because he was the acting and rated for position Motor SGT.

The same person who lost his weapon that many times. And the note? It was a come hither to Top from Top himself. Since I had to put it there, I decided to have fun with it and sharpied that and took evidence pic for later.

Wait...a Medal of Honor has to be recommended within 3 years of the act and presented within 5. A Bronze Star WITHOUT a V has more leniency timewise? Or am I missing something in the timeline between his Iraq service and the alleged award?
