I apologize if this has already been posted, however I haven’t found anything on my situation.
I’m in week 4 of 68W AIT and since BCT, all of us OPT 40’s performance has dropped. We only have about an hour of free time a day and usually get about 4 hours of sleep a night just because of the academic intensity. Is anyone aware of any tips, workout plans, or has even been in the same place as us for prepping for RASP with this limited amount of time? I’m at a loss for programming my own workouts, I’ve just been doing supplemental pushups during class, then sit-ups and pull-ups whenever I can. We do have access to the gym during that hour or so
If anyone has any wisdom to pass on, that’d be greatly appreciated. I have about 13 weeks till I ship out for Pre-RASP.
