I am currently working toward my short term goal of getting in good enough shape to attend MARSOC A & S. I have all the time in the world as i have not even contacted a recruiter yet. I have located the 10 week prepare for A&S guide. I plan on following this plan. However my question is how i should implement it, should it be used in the ten weeks prior to attending? I have a lot of work to do i am currently at 15 pullups, 100 crunches, and 21-22 minute 3 mile run. Would it be wise to do some other type of work outs prior to starting the 10 week plan?
