Questions About SF officer application

Hey guys,
Currently I am a ROTC cadet, Junior/MS3 year. We started our accessions. Right now, I am requesting AD with my top 3 choices as 1. IN BRADSO 2. AR 3. EN. My question is, would an officer have to finish out their BRADSO before dropping a packet for SF?

You will not be able to drop a packet for SF until your year group opens (SR 1LT, JR CPT), that is a question for your accessions manager at that time. You have your cart in one state, while you are 3 states away. Get through BOLC, Branch and excel at your assignments prior to submission with your year group.
