Ok, as for what to read……. There are going to be some steps you will need to take BEFORE you get a chance to make it to one of the basic schools. First off, it doesn’t matter if you want to become a Marine Scout Sniper or an Army Sniper, you need to become a great infantry Marine/soldier first. In the Marines, we look at you needing to be Advanced Infantry before you can become a Scout Sniper. One of your jobs could be as the SEO. Sniper Employment Officer. This means you will need to know the best way to employ your team as well as run the team. To do this you not only need to know the tactics used by US and Allied forces but our enemy as well. So…….
