Hello everyone, I am currently an 0311 rifleman in the USMC reserves. I am getting promoted to Lcpl next month and run a 290-300 PFT, so not too sure how much that affects my chances if at all. I wanted to know if any of you gentleman here knew how to go about trying out for the Recon selection and going through the pipeline. There is a reserve recon unit near me in San Antonio, Texas as well. Can anyone shed some light on the process of going about being able try out and move into the unit? Thanks in advance.
