SARC Questions?

I'm looking to become a SARC in the future and have a few questions that need answering. For starters, do they have motivators for SARC/MARSOC like the SEALs? This would prove to be a great asset in preparing myself for the rigors of BRC and the sort. If so, how and/or where could I contact one? Also, is the screening for getting into the SARC pipeline only available in FMTB, or can you request to get into the pipeline at any given time? Lastly, what does the pipeline consist of?

Now that you posted the Intro, try using the "Search" function, there is plenty of great forum threads on here about SARCs just gotta take the time and do some "leg work"...Try looking in the US Marine Corps Special Operations section, and Good Luck!
