Seeking Ranger Mentor

I am currently seeking a mentor for the path to becoming a ranger, and RASP. I am 16, my run times aren’t horrible but aren’t great, I play football, do MMA, and am going to be trying out for XC this upcoming school year, additionally, I am in the sea cadets.
