1 - I love this Sgt Major.

2 - I do not remember the boards for meritorious promotion or Marine of the Month/Qtr being this intimidating.

3 - Thought for sure that the 3rd Soldier had it nailed cold....until the Sgt. Major told him to sit down. LOL

Yeah Army boards are not like that. They are 100% dumb, but not that dumb.

Alot of times you can crush it with confidence, and a good looking uniform.
