Starting a SWC

Hello again,

I am in AFROTC now and intend to present a Bullet Background paper on Special Warfare Club. I would appreciate insight from those who have had the opportunity of attending a detachment that had a SWC and the resources that accompanied it.

For those of you who didn't have the opportunity and are familiar with SWC, what do you think you could have gained from attending the training sessions and utilizing the resources?

1. How many wannabes do you have?
2. How inclusive are you towards a...Civil Engineer or aircrew or whatever joining for a harder workout, but who is otherwise uninterested?
3. What are your plans if you go from...10, 12, 100, whatever down to 2 or 3?
4. If you're doing something outside of the existing club structure, whatever that may be, what's your funding, legal requirements, waivers...anything outside of the norm?

I'm not looking for answers, just rhetorical spitballing about things you may or may not have considered.
