Hey everyone, first off i would like to apologize if someone has asked before but i can't seem to find the answer im looking for... my question is for TACP past test do i have to stay on the bar for the whole 2 minutes or once can i stop once i reach max reps???
My past scores as of now our

20 pull ups
70 push ups 2 min
90 sit ups 2 min
