Hey everyone sorry if this has been asked before but I've been looking online for the past two days and no seems to have the answer to my question... It is in regard to the pull up portion of the TACP past test. While doing the pull ups must I stay on the bar for whole 2 mins or once max reps our completed?
My current past scores our
1.5mile run: 8:30
Push ups 70
Sit ups 90
pull ups 20
Any help is appreciated
