I read Blackhearts between Abu Dhabi and Newfoundland. Holy shit. You talk about a dumpster fire from BDE Commander down to the PFC's and EVERYONE in between... They did the exact opposite of everything you learn in a leadership course AT ANY LEVEL. That story is utterly insane. It should be required reading for everyone in uniform, the unit's failures in the book are THAT universal.
