Not a huge fan of ‘rap rock’ originally, but they opened for Metallica some years ago and I really enjoyed their stage performance. Crazy energy.

Listening to music tonight and learned that the lead singer of A-Ha (Morten Harket) announced today that he has been diagnosed with Parkinson's. This acoustic version he did on M-TV has always been a favorite of mine...hits a little harder with this new development.

The wife bought me tickets to see David Lee Roth live this week. He's old and there are a lot of haters saying he doesn't sound good. I don't give a fuck because he's Van Fucking Halen.

Dave is 70 and of course isn't what he used to be, but he's a great entertainer and put on a fun show. He smartly uses great backup singers to hit the high notes. I'm a yuge VH fan, so it was on the bucket list and he didn't disappoint.
The concert was at the Cincinnati Hard Rock Cafe and this is a cool bonus on display...Eddie's Porsche.

We had a discussion in another thread about the validity of Halls Of Fame and it got me thinking about the most ridiculous HOF of all. I am glad Cyndi Lauper finally made it in, but these bands are still not in the Rock n Roll HOF and its just absurd IMHO.

I won’t belabor the point with further examples - with his discography that is fucking absurd and the HOF isn’t serious about their genre.
