I agree with this guy and I don't know why we're fucking with Canada. I assume Trump has some direct problem with Trudeau...

I only have 2 expenses directly tied to Canada. Sometimes I put an un-Godly amount of Grade A maple syrup on my homemade waffles. That is some expensive stuff. Though half the time I buy Vermont or other USA brands. And, I get dope ass pure leather belts from Canada and I'm due for a new one soon. These tariffs aint' stopping me.

When it comes to trade Canada is very protectionist and bilks us to the tune of billions. Not to mention that their military has been turned into a shell. So any defense of the Canadian Coastline will essentially fall on us. The Liberal Canadian govt is also engaged in some very shady dealings with immigrants from hostile nations. Think cultural warfare.

I can see some logic in that. He's a young face, and they are desperate to appeal to more young voters. He is fully indoctrinated into the far left religion, so he's politically reliable. He has a huge public following, so he has a built-in support base. And he is a case-in-point for one the left's strongest political points, gun control.

He does have two drawbacks: he's a white male, and we all know how bad those people are Also he's not female, so (presumably) he hasn't had any abortions, which would have made him even more attractive. A woman who survived a school shooting **and** had an abortion? unstoppable.

They are clearly grooming him for a political run. They'll give him this job to learn the ropes and increase his public profile, and then put him in front of voters.

@ThunderHorse and I had a little back and forth on the guy. DNC has something like 5 vice chairs and they are clearly grooming him for a future run. He's their 2A attack dog.

If I'm reading this correctly, USAID was giving money to RPA, which gay some money to his project. I pulled a better copy of the image from the tweet.

RPA received hundreds of millions of dollars in non-taxpayer funding and ~27 mil from taxpayers. Kristol got ~10mil from the org, but that doesn't necessarily USAID.


Even if everything is on the up and up here, how we run our foriegn aid still needs a massive overhaul.

I don't understand the intricacies of this situation and am not taking a position. However, the highlighted part reminds me of the discussion about freeing up the billions of frozen Iranian money; "Yeah, but none of that $100 billion (or whatever) necessarily went to Hamas!" Money if money. If it goes to an organization, even if they don't use "that" money for nefarious purposes, they now have the flexibility to use "other" money to questionable things.
