In 1988, I had the privelige off hosting a Law Enforcement/Military Long Range Marksmanship Seminar at Stilwell Hall at Fort Ord, Ca. There were 367 students in attendance from most of the Law Enforcement Agencys in central California, Soldiers from the 7th Infantry Division, Soldiers from The Presidio of San Francisco and Marinas from China Lake.
The Instructors were from Lake City Arsonal, The FBI, and Marine Gunnery Sergeant Carlos Hathcock (One Shot-One Kill, 98 confirmed kills). It was a two day affair with the 1st day in the classroom and the second day on Range 37.
