ShadowSpear Help Desk
Navigating to the
help desk tab will allow you to open a help desk ticket. The tickets you open are only visible to you and the staff. After a ticket is closed the information is purged from ShadowSpear's servers.
Tickets can be opened for:
Reporting Bugs
Asking questions related to ShadowSpear and its forum
Member Vetting
Upgrading from Unverified Member Status
Ordering a ShadowSpear Coin
and more.
You will receive alerts regarding any changes to the status of your requests.
Getting Started
Start my clicking the "open ticket" button as indicated below:
