ShadowSpear Help Desk

Navigating to the help desk tab will allow you to open a help desk ticket. The tickets you open are only visible to you and the staff. After a ticket is closed the information is purged from ShadowSpear's servers.

Tickets can be opened for:
  • Reporting Bugs
  • Asking questions related to ShadowSpear and its forum
  • Member Vetting
  • Upgrading from Unverified Member Status
  • Ordering a ShadowSpear Coin
  • and more.

  • You will receive alerts regarding any changes to the status of your requests.
